We want you and your pet to love every Furly product. If you're not happy for any reason, email us at furlystoreus@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or a free replacement.

How it works

• No return needed for most issues. For most problems you will not have to ship the item back — we assess each case and usually refund or replace right away, saving you return shipping.
• Refund timing. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Damaged or defective on arrival? Send a photo to furlystoreus@gmail.com and we'll make it right immediately.
